This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the European Union. User will indemnify and hold SexSatisfaction harmless from any legal matters relating to the distribution of the material as it relates to the community standards and adult entertainment laws as set forth in the city/county, state, province or country of the User. SexSatisfaction does not warrant this material to be acceptable in your community and the User assumes full responsibility for determining what images are suitable for viewing and/or download to their computer.

In accordance with this agreement, SexSatisfaction grants the User a non-exclusive license to view and/or download the images to their computer or other storage device for their personal use only. The copyright of the content will not be handed over to User. All rights to the content are kept by the producer. All pictures, small and big including text, videos, drawings and written text may not be reproduced, stored, manipulated, duplicated, digitized, distributed or resold in any form available at present or in the future, without written permission of SexSatisfaction.

All productions and publications are protected by international copyright laws. User agrees not to sell or distribute the images via any physical or electronic methods (such as internet, email, diskette, zipped file, CD-ROM, paper printing,or any other technology not specifically named in this document) without additional written permission and payment of fees. User acknowledges that unauthorized reproduction of copies of the licensed material may constitute a serious crime, and that such actions may also result in a suit for damages, injunctive relief, and attorney fees, pursuant to this agreement and to other rights that the producer/distributor may have.
